Refund Issues – Quick ecommerce – Food Aggregators – Delivery In 10 min. Refund? 

I have faced multiple refund issues with Food Aggregrators and eCommerce companies in the past and decided not to buy from them.

Food Aggregrators and Quick commerce are promoting 10 min Delivery and claiming that they are delivering in 10 min.

Are the orders are delivered in 10 min every time?

Even if we are fine with orders getting late, the number of items we ordered for groceries for which I have faced issues everytime.

Lemon will be left out from the order list and the real delivery whereas it would have been charged.

Also – the delivery representative will maintain that the items which were not delivered by him will be delivered by another delivery representative, which would never happen.

Once we claim refund for the items which were charged it takes 5-7 working days to get credited to our bank account.

ஏன்டா….எங்க பணத்த வாங்குறதுக்கு மட்டும் Notifications அனுப்பிட்டே இருக்கீங்க….reminder வந்துகிட்டே இருக்குது.

உங்க கிட்டேர்ந்து refund வர்றதுக்கு மட்டும் 5-7 நாள் ஆகுது..

Why the eCommerce companies take 5-7 days for delivering refund?,  whereas when we order products, there are constant reminders and notifications for us to make payments.

It’s high time refund process is taken care within 15 min.
